ADRIANA WILSON
President & Principal Consultant
Adriana Wilson is an accomplished executive with over 12 years of experience in business development, strategic marketing, data-driven management optimization, and proposal management in the government contracting space. As the founder of Koeia Consulting Group (KCG), Ms. Wilson personally oversees the services we provide. She ensures that KCG's comprehensive suite of services is tailored for the unique needs of our clients, most of whom are service-based government contractors.
By focusing on cradle-to-grave business development planning, B2G marketing, and high-quality proposal management, Ms. Wilson strategically positions contractors for success in highly competitive environments.
With a proven track record of securing over $426.77M in single-award contracts, Ms. Wilson has helped 8(a), WOSB, and Small Business Contractors across a variety of fields (e.g., engineering, management, medical, IT, and administrative support services) to achieve stable and sustainable growth through the addition of additional income streams by leveraging existing relationships and the diversification of Client portfolios by offering similar, targeted services across multiple government clients. Her roadmap to success begins with understanding her client's vision of success. Once she understands the goals for growth, she analyzes a company's current proven capabilities and uses this information to search for potential known opportunities with a track record of consistent funding. Once these opportunities are identified, she draws invaluable insights from her proprietary probability of win algorithm to categorize the opportunities by potential of winning, and provides recommendations to strengthen the company's position. As such, her clients get a clear roadmap of viable opportunities that align with existing proven capabilities and/or opportunities that arise from already having customers in that specific government agency.
In addition to acting as the guiding post for success in government contracting, Ms. Wilson is also highly adept at optimizing her client's operations and creating savings through meticulous analysis, problem solving, and change management tactics. Using data-driven insights, Ms. Wilson has optimized the operations of contractors. For instance, she created man-hour reports for an existing SCA contract whose operations were not optimized, which created unnecessary overtime that affected the company’s profit. By tracking and providing recommendations to the contractor, the contractor achieved a 93% reduction in unnecessary overtime costs in eight (8) months, resulting in over $171,000 in net savings for the calendar year.
